Project Engineer / Manager (Newbie)

Project Engineer / Manager

Do you think a guy like me will actually ever fit to the management position? As a first timer, I was given double projects, which is very cruel to a 'new born baby' like me. I always imagine to learn things accordingly in steps. For example, from crawling to walking to running to flying. Instead, I skipped everything else from crawling, directly to flying. So, expect me to fly dangerously, definitely not stylish.

Why it is hard to me? The simple answer lies on my trait, a right-brained guy (music, visual, else). I prefer design than in management. But apparently, one will end up in management after several years in service, thus I don't reject this early management knowledge. I just feel very young to be positioned and hold this burden. I want to enjoy my final young single adulthood happily but seems that wouldn't happen.

Tasks, To-Dos, Management screwed me up.

Well, several path laid hard in front of me. I chose this. I believe I can do wonderful things after several fails and humiliations. Come on, I can do this.
